Terms & Conditions

You agree to have Suspension Proz LLC perform shock maintenance and/or repairs to your shocks. You agree to not hold Suspension Proz LLC liable for any damages to your shocks during service work. You agree to not hold Suspension Proz LLC or Suspension Proz LLC Service technicians, owners, or associates liable for any/all shock failures or issues that may arise after the shock leaves Suspension Proz LLC premises. This includes but is not limited to damages to machines, property, injuries, incapacitation, or death. You agree that Suspension Proz LLC is released of any and all liabilities related to the work performed.

Suspension Proz LLC agrees to warranty shocks for a period not to exceed 6 months after the date of service. This warranty is
non negotiable and will be strictly adhered to regardless of shock use. This warranty will cover workmanship and any parts
installed by Suspension Proz LLC. This warranty will not cover failures related to shock parts that were not replaced by
Suspension proz LLC. Suspension Proz LLC will make recommendation for certain part replacements, if these services are
declined by customer, any warranty on the shock is automatically void in its entirety. Failures, leaks, etc caused by seals/parts
NOT replace by Suspension Proz LLC will NOT be covered under any warranty. Warranty is not transferrable and will only be
applicable to the signatory on this form.

Customers will be notified within 24 hours after their shocks are completed. It is expected that all open invoices will be paid for
within 30 calendar days of completion. Any shock(s) not paid for after 30 calendar days will be subject to a $10 per day finance fee and/or storage fee. This fee will accrue each calendar day that the shock(s) are not paid for after 30 calendar days of completion. If the shock(s) are not paid for within 60 calendar days of completion, the shock(s) will automatically become property of Suspension Proz LLC and will be subject to sale in order to recoup costs. Under no circumstances will shocks will be shipped back to any customer unless the open invoice is paid in full.

Taxes and/or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Suspension Proz LLC is not responsible for paying any taxes or duties on behalf of the customer. Suspension Proz LLC will adhere to any and all laws regarding tax & international trade. Any customer exempt from tax or duties must provide supporting documentation to be filed with Suspension Proz LLC.
