Springs weight a lot! One of the biggest factors of shipping cost is package weight- shipping your shocks without springs could cut your package weight in half!

Removing springs is a very easy way to avoid extra shipping costs, and avoid costs associated with us removing and reinstalling springs for you!

Bushings: If you can remove bushings from your shocks, do it! If you feel the need to zip-tie a bushing in to prevent it being lost, just keep it with you. We are not liable for lost bushings.

Please do not tie your shocks down/in a compressed position. Most always, the tie will break during transit and cause your shocks to extend, destroy the box, and likely cause your shocks to be lost during shipping.

Any shocks that are delivered in this manner will be subject to a repackaging fee. We will not ship the shock back to you in a compressed position, therefore we will be unable to reuse your box.

If any of your shocks are leaking oil, place the shock into a plastic bag before boxing it up, this will save the box from being destroyed!

If your shocks are covered in dirt/mud/grease/etc please take time to clean them off before shipping! You don't want to pay for labor to have us clean your shocks prior to service!

Use a nice, sturdy box (amazon boxes are not sturdy) and use plenty of packaging material to protect your shocks!

Shocks are expensive to replace! Don't let a flimsy box or improper packing cause your shocks to be lost or damaged!

We try to always contact customers within a day or so of their shocks arriving- however, we do get busy! Sometimes we fall behind and may not reach out to you right away; the quickest and most efficient way to find out if your shocks were delivered to us is to check your tracking information. Once we are caught up and ready to in-process your shocks, we'll give you a call!
